Clean, ideal hotel with decent views. Decent sized room, a bathtub and a shower in the room. Fast check-in, late check-out. Not to mention strong wifi! Marvellous location for visiting cafés and the movies.

Great location in the heart of Shinjuku, close to metro and airport shuttle services. Many restaurants and amenities in the surrounding area. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with a washer/dryer. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing good service. Good value for money considering the facilities and central location.

The hotel's website could be improved to provide clearer directions on which exits from the metro station have elevator or escalator access. The room cleaning service was not thorough, as trash bins were not emptied daily.

The room was compact but modern, with comfortable beds and a microwave oven. the breakfast was excellent with a variety of options including nice waffles, Japanese food, and western dishes. - the location was fantastic, approximately a 10-15 minutes' walk from Omoide Yokocho night market.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tokyu Stay Shinjuku. The hotel is in a quiet area and has a great location. The staff were very helpful. Thanks to the Shinjuku Sanchome subway station, which is only a short walk from the hotel, we were able to easily visit local attractions. Additionally, there is a restaurant located just 100 feet away from the hotel. In our single room, we found amenities such as climate control, an individual safe, and a flat-screen TV.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. For such a reasonable price, the level of attention to detail was impressive. The room was equipped with a washer and dryer, which was a lifesaver for us as we were able to catch up on our laundry without any hassle. The bathroom was really nice and had all the modern amenities. Another great aspect was the convenient location, right above the metro station and near the main shopping street. We were able to easily find the hotel and explore the city without any inconvenience.
