Selection of dishes in the buffet restaurant is very good and tasty. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is always the best. The location, the outdoor area, and the architecture of the hotel is very appealing. SPA and sports facilities are very good.
The service staff in the buffet restaurant cannot fully meet the requirements of a 5-star hotel. The evening entertainment was a little poor.

My room had a beautiful view and was well-maintained. the staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and efficient. - the hotel was conveniently located near the center. - the à la carte restaurant served delicious food and had efficient service.

Excellent staff service ,very polite. At pool bar Abdullah was so helpful . The night shows were amazing .Food at stella and grill bars were good and convenient near the beach ( Mehmet was very helpfull )
Main restaurant buffet food specially the main course, but desserts were good .Beach and pool chairs always reserved by towels from early morning . This policy has to change .
