The room was quiet and comfortable, conveniently located close to the city center with easy access to shops and a market, and there was a Burger King nearby for quick meals.

The breakfast was very very good with the usual drinks and croissants and the ambience was special. The location was particularly good and perfect, only a short distance to Omni Centre. And the area was very comfortable, close enough to the restaurants, the tram line to/from the airport and the main shopping streets.

The location of this hotel next to loads of restaurants and all the attractions was excellent and absolutely perfect. Plus, it was max 10 mins walk to the lake. - the breakfast was perfect and met standards.

Quirky hotel, very very good and perfect breakfast!
the hotel was spotless with free wi-fi. magnificent location to all the major attractions, in the very nice area. also, easy to get to calton hill. very good sized room with a view over the sea. good food, extremely helpful and very efficient staff at the reception desk.

We stayed in The Place for 1 night and found it fab. Was nice and clean and very modern. Staff were very helpful. We didnt have the breakfast but the dining room looked nice.
Thought mayb the breakfast were a bit much to pay at £12.50 for a cooked breakfast.

the location is central, just 200 meters from Omni Centre. the hotel is in a very nice area, close to the main shopping streets and restaurants. 3. the room is a good size and includes storage space, coffee, and a safe box. 4. the breakfast is perfect with lots of food options.

We were on the top floor so perhaps those rooms were smaller than those positioned on lower floors.However the room was was comfortable with excellent amenities and a great view! Staff were very helpful and friendly.Definitiely return.

Good location, very handy for shopping and theatre, friendly, helpful staff, fine breakfast
As the place is still quite new a few lighting issues in our room but the staff took that on board to get it sorted.Could have done with an armchair as it was a superior double otherwise room fine.
