Rooms with a view of the lakes were awesome! The staff here is super friendly and always goes out of their way to help. 😊 They really made our stay enjoyable.

I loved 2 nights in this property. Modern hotel, the staff were all accommodating and welcoming and the location was favourable in a commercial area. Location: the venue was just off center and office park and a mall and a movie which helped pass the time. There was an in-house restaurant nearby. The room was new-fashioned, huge and complete with huge lamps and wonderful views, as example.

The hotel has a big building with rooms on all 12 floors. The staff are very gracious and exceptionally nice. The location is convenient, just off Chicago from Cancun, airport, and close to a mall and a movie theatre, making it easy to pass the time.

The hotel served a solid breakfast. The room was of decent size with 2 double beds and great views on all 12 floors. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. The location in a lovely area was convenient with shopping centers and gift stores nearby. Loved the Japanese cuisine at the in-house restaurant.

The rooms here are a good size and come with large lamps that provide a cozy ambiance. You can enjoy wonderful views from the rooms, making your stay even better. The breakfasts served are quite satisfying. Checking in is quick and convenient, plus there's parking available right on the premises. 🌟

The Westin provided a comfortable stay with spacious rooms and a cozy atmosphere. The complimentary parking and nearby restaurants were convenient. The staff was professional and addressed any concerns promptly. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel had excellent cleanliness, a variety of facilities, convenient parking, and was located close to the small convention center where we were attending an event.

Comfortable bed. Lakeside room with carpet and large lamps. Tasty cauliflower bites and chicken/pesto sandwich. Welcoming and friendly staff. Glorious wedding reception setting. Helpful and cordial check-in experience. Super comfy bed. Convenient location near highway and airport.
