Had lovely stay by one night, the stuff where very amiable, location was nice in the middle of jackson. Appreciated a safe, multi-channel television, and a mini-fridge-bar in the room. And there were very comfy beds. Location: the hotel was next to the main shopping streets of Shanghai. Ate at Hakkasan, it's not very far from the venue.

The early check-in and the birthday cake in my room were lovely surprises. The upgraded room was also a nice touch. The hotel's facilities were impressive, especially the well-designed pool and hot tub. Additionally, the variety of food and beverage outlets available catered to all preferences.

One aspect I found disappointing was the narrow bathroom without a window. It felt quite confined for a hotel of this level.

Felt totally at home, nothing was too much trouble.

This hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to famous attractions and the metro. The room offers amazing views of the Pudong area, with stunning lights from iconic buildings such as the Pearl Tower, the financial buildings, and Shanghai Tower. The staff are also very chill and cool, providing a premium and sophisticated experience. The hotel offers a variety of dining options, including two restaurants on the first floor and the Hiya restaurant on the 27th floor, all serving stunning food.

The breakfast selection is limited and does not offer an open buffet like other hotels.
