Location: the hotel was just off Helios restaurant, and 20 bars and 20 restaurants. Furthermore, on the seafront. We stayed in a spotless room, and loved it...

The accommodation was fabulous and fairly clean. Rooms were spacious. - the location is great and beautiful, close to Kantenah Bay. - There are fabulous gardens with wildlife nearby. - the staff provided excellent service. - the vibe at the hotel was special.

I stayed here for one night and had dinner at the beachside restaurant. the location was amazing, with a beautiful sandy beach just a short walk away. the water was shallow and perfect for wading out about a hundred yards. the staff were really friendly and welcoming 😊.

The location is great and beautiful, just a 5 minutes' walk to Kantenah Bay. It's set in a tranquil area, surrounded by a hundred yards of beautiful scenery and 20 bars and restaurants. - the staff creates a special vibe and is really wonderful.

Overall, my experience here was great, with only a few instances of slower service from some staff members.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful and quiet, with a special ambiance. The employees are truly wonderful, friendly, and professional. The rooms are new-fashioned, spotless, and come with private bathrooms and tea/coffee making equipment. The breakfast offers a huge variety of delicious food. The location is marvelous and incredible, situated in the center area. There is free parking provided outside. Guests can enjoy the pool area.

This place is in a great spot for exploring different areas nearby, like Akumal, with a cozy room featuring climate control, a private safe, pay TV.

I had a fantastic time here, enjoying delicious dinner at a fantastic restaurant, relaxing in the great pool, and savoring premium drinks at the sports bar, with a well-equipped pool area adding to the experience.

I loved the exceptional customer service, especially from our butlers Jessica and Selene. They went above and beyond to take care of us. The hotel grounds were stunning, with two beautiful pools to enjoy, including a unique saltwater pool with fish in it. The view from our room was spectacular, and we got to see amazing wildlife like iguanas, birds, and weazles. The hotel staff were always professional and the margaritas at the bar were delicious. The spa was a favorite spot, especially the hydrotherapy, and the massages by Hector were amazing. this hotel truly made our holiday memorable.

All was perfect.

Fabulous, clean hotel with really wonderful and warm-hearted staff and a sports bar. Extremely spacious rooms with a stand-alone jacuzzi tub as well as a view of the jungle, perfect breakfast. - Super location in Akumal right by the seafront and TRS Yucatan and Helios restaurant. - Also, in the chapel in the resort. - Fantastic services! - Not to mention free parking available outside.

The room was gorgeous and modern, included with a balcony and slippers and wardrobe. the location was great - near different areas within the complex as well as fabulous gardens.
