Outstandingly accommodating and super friendly employees kept this place clean, with a great and lovely location in the heart of the city, surrounded by restaurants and bars offering lots of food.

The room was brand-new and the view of the lake and marina was breathtaking. This hotel was located in a central area so close to Kelowna night life and many restaurants, waterfront, casino, and shopping. On the whole reasonably priced food; Sunny's a Modern Diner was in the vicinity.

The experience here was wonderful with a fabulous view, quiet and spacious rooms with a big desk, chair, and a hot continental breakfast offering a variety of meals.

The breakfast was warm and fine with bagels, gluten-free toast, and scones. the location was stunning. - the room was well-organized and generously sized, equipped with a refrigerator. - the view over the town from the room was beautiful. - It was easy to find, just a 5-minute walk from the train station.

I stayed for one night and had a good time here. the place was super clean, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. They really seemed to care about giving great service. the restaurant was awesome for a dinner out - I ordered some hot dishes which were delicious! 🔥

Great location near the waterfront promenade and local restaurants and bars. Clean and spacious room with comfortable beds and a balcony. Appreciated the free parking in the narrow basement. The breakfast spread was satisfying, setting us up for the day's activities.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in downtown Kelowna. The location was perfect, as I could easily walk to the waterfront and explore all the local restaurants and bars. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, with two queen-size beds and a small patio that offered a view of the nearby mountains. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of options and a well-presented fruit platter. The staff, both at the reception and on the corridors, were friendly and helpful. I loved the convenient location, cleanliness of the hotel, and the attentive staff.

The Easter package we booked included a delicious complimentary breakfast which was a pleasant surprise. Also, the staff was accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome during our stay. The location was great, close to downtown and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We also appreciated the free parking offered to us, although it was limited.

The noise from the street was unbearable and kept us up late into the night. The room we were in was also very basic with outdated furniture and decor.

The hotel's location in the center of the city was perfect for me as it allowed me to easily access everything in Kelowna. I was able to walk to all the great restaurants and the waterfront, which was a huge plus. Additionally, the hotel's reasonable prices made it even more appealing for me, especially since I wanted to visit family who lived just a short 10-15 minute walk away. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Lastly, the staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
