This hotel is ideal and clean with marvellous location in the centre and best staff. The restaurant food is great, and the breakfast offered is substantial and large with the smoked salmon and the orange juice, for example. All in all they offer great service.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, including surprises for my partner's birthday. The room was clean and well-maintained. The hotel was conveniently located near popular shops and within walking distance to major attractions in the city.
The hotel's design was strange and the elevators led directly into a mall, which was a bit confusing. The room we stayed in was a bit shabby and not as clean as expected.

The hotel is conveniently located near a MTR station, making it easy to explore the city. It is situated in the vibrant Tsim Sha Tsui shopping area, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. Additionally, it is very close to Tsim Sha Tsui station and the Promenade of Stars, offering beautiful views of the city and harbor.
The breakfast service could be improved, as some guests experienced challenges in getting hot drinks or assistance due to a lack of staff.

The hotel is amazing! The room is very clean and spacious, with excellent bathroom amenities. They offered complimentary bottles of water and a mini bar with fridge in the room. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with plenty of fresh juice options and a terrific variety of dishes, including made-to-order omelets. The hotel is in a great location, very close to shopping malls and restaurants. The bed was huge and super comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep.
The check-in process left something to be desired. The staff wasn't very friendly or polite, and the check-in and check-out process felt a bit disorganized.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in a prime location. The room was impeccably clean, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. I was pleasantly surprised by the safety of the area, despite the recent protests. The hotel also accommodated my dietary needs and allergies, ensuring that I enjoyed delicious meals throughout my stay. I had a delightful and comfortable experience.
One drawback was the slow check-out service, which could have been quicker and more efficient. Additionally, there was a bit of noise from a nearby dance club that played loud music throughout the night, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

I recently had a fantastic stay at The Mira in Hong Kong. I was in town for business and stayed for a week. The room was clean, spacious, and exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location was unbeatable, with direct access to Miraplace Mall and a short walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. I found plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel staff were smart and attentive, and the MICE facilities were impressive. The complimentary WiFi router was a great touch, and I loved having a bathtub in the room, which was perfect for relaxation after a long day of work.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
