The staff were pleasant and made our stay enjoyable, but the service during dinner could have been quicker. We had to ask a couple of times for our orders and checks, which slowed things down. On the other hand, the food quality and portion sizes were just right, creating a lovely atmosphere. The location was fantastic, with plenty of attractions just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at The Mercer! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Soho, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and trendy shops. My room was spacious with a stunning view and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Plus, the mini-bar snacks were a delightful surprise!
The dining service at the Mercer Kitchen was a bit slow.

I found it easy to stroll to Washington Square Park, a beautiful and lively area just about 900 meters away, as well as SoHo, only a few steps away, filled with amazing shops and cafes; the cozy atmosphere of the smaller hotel made my stay feel really special. Single travelers will enjoy how central everything is, making explorations simple and fun.
