Place was pleasant and exceptionally comfortable, truly enjoyed the stay.
Had a relaxing stay with my husband, we spent 2 nights here, everything was nice. This accommodation was in the central location to all downtown locations. What's more, it was next to the sky train station as well as many attractions.

The location was great, as it's right downtown in the heart of the city. And the price, particularly for that location, was awesome! The staff was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. There was also cheap parking and luggage storage, which was convenient.
Our room faced Burrard St and the noise was really bad. The windows were only single pane, so it didn't keep any of the sound out and my fiancé didn't get much sleep at all. Although the price of the place was good, we wouldn't stay there for more than one night because of the sound level.

The staff at the Inn was very friendly, and the location was right in downtown which was very convenience.
It was an old building, perhaps the Inn could innovate some rooms.

The friendly and accomodating staff and the central location.
The very erratic and weak internet service. But I understand they're working on that. After the renovations are done, they are planning, so I was told, to upgrade the internet service.
