Location not far from Artificial beach, the public ferry terminal to Gulhi and the airport for one hour. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Safa and Marwa Holy Mountains. The beautifully designed and good-sized room with its exceptionally comfortable beds. Great view and a hair dryer, free toiletries, and fresh towels in the bathroom...
Bad smell in the room.

No Guest orientation, far away from hospitality! For example i opened a cashew nut in the room from mini bar and it was not good at all, i informed room service and gave it back but they charged me at the reception and the receptionist told me if the nuts was not good it is not her problem!!! and i need to pay for it even i didn't consume it!

I was not asked if i would like to have a transfer from the airport. The experience upon arrival was poor. At the reception, 3 hotel staff were "eyeing" us. They were constantly looking from my wife to me and back to my wife, then looking at each other, smiling and talking in their localk language. Wether they were talking about us or not, they gave us a highly unpleasant feeling. When I dropped into the reception later on, the music was tuned up so loud, they had to turn it down so they would understand my request. When stated my request I was constantly interrupted with statements, showing me that she had at no point listened to the information given, but made preconclusive judgements. The staff appeared rude, dominant and arrogant. When my wife waited for me in the reception area, she observed the staff gossiping about a lady passing by on the street. I personally have previously worked in the hospitality industry, at the moment I am spending a lot of my professional time travelling and in hotels. The stay at your hotel in Male was one of the poorest and unprofessional experiences I have come across for a long time.

it is a convenient location and has a nice rooftop restaurant where you could see a sizable part of the city. it also has an nice small lobby and take-away joint on the ground floor which is convenient for the busy traveller.
The cheaper rooms however doesnt have a window, is small and sometimes could lead to claustrophobia.

The deluxe room was compact and fairly quiet. There was a particularly good bathroom with a hair dryer, free toiletries, and fresh towels. the location was great and super for exploring this coastal area, next to the Villingili ferry, the centre of Male and the island where the ferry drop-off point is.

The location, and the Food and Beverage Service staff were great.Room was small but the ameneties were decent. Housekeeping was good .Breakfast was good too.
1)Obviously an apartment complex turned into a hotel .No problem with that but the give away signs like the unused kitchen area on each floor as you enter rooms needs to be covered up. 2)The reception staff look pained to be working - at most times, very slow and very reluctant to move a muscle !!!!My booking through your website was never registered with reception due to some problem with the hotel's "accounts" department. I showed them the hard copy and they said they would do something in an hours time, when nothing happened for a long time after one hour due to a "board MEETING"as I was told ( a department meeting for front office staff) I had push them around and show them my card .I asked for the gm and I threatened to go to their accounts department or barge into the " board meeting" if I was made to wait longer. Finally I got my room. The "gm" finally bumped into me on my way to the room and was apologetic.
