General cleanness

The rooms I had were quiet, clean and nicely presented, I enjoy the under-roof swiming pool and sauna, the staff was helpfull, friendly and very attentive. If I back to Campastilla, El Cid will be my first option.

The location of this place is fantastic, and they offer convenient onsite parking.

This place is brand new, comfortably modern, and easily accessible for a large electric wheelchair. the breakfast options were delicious, including savory dishes, yogurts, and fried eggs to choose from 🍳.

Friendly helpful staff. Location to the beach and resort facilities. Clean comfortable rooms.

As a solo traveller I had a small single bed in a very small room. Why charge a single supplement when a single bed is provided in a very small room?

As we have been coming to this hotel for some years now it is very good to receive a very friendly welcome from the staff. We enjoyed the food more this year than past.

This is not necessary a complint but observations: Notice outside Dining Room mentions dress for Evening Meal but this does not seem to be policed inside the Dining Room - people sitting haviing there meal wearing caps and shorts does not go with the 4 star rating. The other observation is that the back pool area does not seem to be cleaned very regularly were the front pool area is swept every day.

The rooms here are high-class, spotless, and come with nice views, safety deposit box, and a pleasant balcony; the food options are abundant and enjoyable.

This place is a fantastic beachfront hotel with friendly staff at the reception desk in an amazing location near bars and restaurants.
