The location was perfect, adjacent to Raffles City mall and with a stunning view of the bay. The double room had been recently renovated to a high standard, featuring feather pillows. The beds were comfortable, and the room had a good-sized balcony, which was a nice addition. The staff were flexible and dedicated, helping us with our bags and promptly fixing a leaking toilet upon our request.

Make sure you stay in the a double room with a great harbour view, a balcony offering a fabulous and the extra bed. The breakfast with a rate of 200usd, toast and spectacular views is very comprehensive and extensive for what is offered. The location is incredible and stunning, to the shopping malls here. No complaints whatsoever, we recommend this place to all.

Amazing base for traveling to Singapore and exploring local places. Nicely furnished and extremely pleasant room, with nice touches and nice decor. The hotel's location in the center of the city is really convenient and offers easy access to Raffles City Mall, where you can find a supermarket for your convenience. Additionally, being located right above an MRT station makes exploring the city a breeze.

The self-service check-in process can be quite problematic and may require assistance from the staff or a visit to the front desk.

The room I stayed in was modern and had a great view of the city. I liked that I could get some fresh air and still catch my favorite shows on TV. The location here is in the middle of everything, making it super convenient for sightseeing and exploring around 🌆.

The staff from the reception to the bell service and restaurant personnel were all so friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff did a great job making up our room efficiently and promptly. The location was excellent, giving us direct access to various malls and attractions, as well as convenient access to public transportation. The view from our room on the 63rd floor was spectacular and we loved snapping photos from the balcony. The complimentary Nespresso and TWG tea were nice touches that added to our overall experience. We also appreciated the extra water and tissue boxes provided by the housekeeping staff when they noticed we were unwell with the flu.

Central location, super base for discovering Singapore. Good food in the restaurants such as Tim Ho Wan located 5 minutes away.

In addition, the restaurant, poolside snack bar, and bar/lounge area provide exquisite dining options. the location advantage is unbeatable as it gives easy access to the city.

The check-in process was impersonal as there were only a few staff to assist the guests. the luggage service needs improvement.
