The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful. They offer a simple breakfast and have fun activities like games in the common room. The room was small but the bed was comfortable. a great place to stay for a beach vacation.

We had a great time staying at Surf City Hostel. The location was perfect, right on the beach with amazing views. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The only drawback was the poor lighting in the room, making it difficult to see at night. The lack of a fan or air conditioning also made the room quite hot during the summer.

The location of the hostel was fantastic, with a view of the pier right from the room's window. It was easily locatable, tucked away in a safe non-obvious entrance. The building was between Waterman Club and Lighthouse, making it convenient for exploring. The room was tidy and had a cute ambiance.
The bathroom showers in one of the main restrooms were under renovation, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location was incredible, just steps away from the beach and surrounded by plenty of food options and bars. The bunk beds had comfortable mattresses, some of the best I've ever slept on in a hostel. Plus, no bed bugs! The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The price couldn't be beat for the value offered. I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel.
The only downside was the shared bathroom on the upper floor. It was open to both men and women, which made me uncomfortable while taking showers, especially when guys would come in and use the urinals or pass gas.

I had an amazing stay at this hostel. The location was perfect for me since I live in the city, and being a night owl, I didn't mind the potential noise. The staff was adorable and the common areas were clean and well equipped. The bathrooms were also clean and spacious. It was great to see guests of all ages and nationalities, creating a diverse and friendly atmosphere. The proximity to the beach, as well as the surrounding pubs, restaurants, and shops, was a huge convenience. This hotel was also easy to reach from the airport and offered a beautiful ocean view from my bed. The manager deserves recognition for creating such a lovely and caring community. this is the perfect choice for extroverted and young-spirited individuals.

loved my stay at ith surf city hostel! the location was unbeatable, right on the beach with tons of restaurants nearby. the staff was fantastic, accommodating all our needs. met amazing people at breakfast and enjoyed the clean amenities. a perfect weekend getaway.
