View app and book purchases in macOS Server
You must install a volume purchase service token before assigning apps and books purchased using Apple School Manager or Apple Business Manager. In-house enterprise apps appear after they have been added.
Note: You can’t remove a volume purchase token, but you can disable the token by turning off Volume Purchase for Apps and Books.
You must first download a volume purchase token from Apple School Manager or Apple Business Manager before completing this task.
In the sidebar of the Server app , select Profile Manager.
Click Configure under Volume Purchase for Apps and Books.
Drag the volume purchase service token into the dialog (or click Choose, locate the service token, then click Choose again).
If you’ve previously imported a volume purchase service token belonging to another volume purchase account, or if the volume purchase token is in use elsewhere, a dialog will appear.
WARNING: Making changes to the volume purchase service token may affect current app and book assignments if the replacement token is associated with an account other than the one you currently have configured. See Replace a token before you click Continue.
Click Done.
Click the Open in Safari button in the Profile Manager pane of the Server app or, in your web browser, enter the URL for Profile Manager:
