Customize Apple Music in iTunes on PC
When you join Apple Music, you can manage several Apple Music settings such as notifications, linked accounts, and which apps can access Apple Music.
Manage notifications
You can set Apple Music to notify you about things like when your favorite artists release new music or appear on a show and the activity of your friends.
In the iTunes app on your PC, choose Account > Apple Music > Notifications.
If you don’t see Account > Apple Music, sign in to Apple Music using your Apple ID if you’re not already signed in.
Select the updates you want to be notified about, such as Friend Activity, which tells you when friends follow you or add your playlists.
Click Done.
Chose how friends find you (and vice versa)
In the iTunes app on your PC, choose Account > Apple Music > Find Friend Settings.
If you don’t see Account > Apple Music, sign in to Apple Music using your Apple ID if you’re not already signed in.
Do any of the following:
Allow friends to find you by Apple ID: Select the Allow Finding by Apple ID option and your friends who have your Apple ID information will see you as a recommended friend.
Allow Apple Music to see your contacts: Select the Contacts on Apple Music option and Apple Music will see your contacts and recommend new friends to you periodically.
Link accounts to Apple Music: Sign in to other accounts (such as Facebook) and Apple Music will recommend new friends to you from those accounts.
Click Done.
