Use Hide My Email in Mail on iCloud.com
If you have iCloud+, you can generate unique, random email addresses when you compose a new email in Mail on iCloud.com.

Send an email using a unique, random email address
Go to icloud.com/mail, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
Click in the top-right corner of the window.
A blank email opens.
Add a recipient in the To field.
Note: Emails you send with Hide My Email can only be delivered to a single recipient.
Click Cc/Bcc or From, click the pop-up menu in the From field, then choose Hide My Email.
If you’ve never sent this recipient an email with Hide My Email, a new address appears in the From field.
If you previously sent this recipient an email with Hide My Email, the address previously used with this recipient appears in the From field.
Type your subject and your email, then click in the top-right corner.
Reply to a Hide My Email email
When you receive an email sent to one of your unique, random addresses, you can reply using the same address and keep your real address private.
Note: To see Hide My Email emails in Mail on iCloud.com, set the forwarding email address to your iCloud Mail address or a custom domain address. See Change the forwarding address.
Go to icloud.com/mail, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
Select an email in your email list, then click .
Filter Hide My Email emails
You can filter any mailboxes to see emails sent to Hide My Email addresses.
Go to icloud.com/mail, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
Click the folder you want to filter in the Mailboxes list.
Click above the email list.
You can see the current filter next to “Filtered by.”
Do one of the following:
Change the filter: Click the current filter, then in the pop-up menu, choose Only Hide My Email.
Stop filtering emails: Click again.
