Set up iCloud for Pages on all your devices
You can use iCloud with Pages on your iPhone, iPad and Mac, and on iCloud.com. For an overview of what you can do with iCloud, see Collaborate on Pages documents and keep them up to date with iCloud.
Note: Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID on each device. If you have devices where you are not signed in with your Apple ID or that have the iCloud Drive and Pages features turned off, you will not be able to access your documents stored in iCloud on those devices.
Set up iCloud for Pages on your iPhone or iPad
On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
Make sure iCloud Drive is on. If it is not, do one of the following:
iOS 16, iPadOS 16, or later: Tap iCloud Drive, then turn on Sync this [device].
iOS 15, iPadOS 15 or earlier: Turn on iCloud Drive.
Turn on Pages. If you do not see it, tap Show All first.
To view Pages documents stored in iCloud, open the Files app, tap iCloud Drive below Locations, then go to the Pages folder or another folder that contains Pages documents.

Set up iCloud for Pages on your Mac
On your Mac, do one of the following:
macOS 13.3 or later: Choose Apple menu > System Settings, click [your name] at the top of the sidebar, click iCloud, then click iCloud Drive. Click Apps Syncing to iCloud Drive, then turn on Pages.
macOS 13 to 13.2: Choose Apple menu > System Settings, click [your name] at the top of the sidebar, click iCloud, click iCloud Drive, then click Turn On. Click the Options button, then select Pages.
macOS 12 or earlier: Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Apple ID, click iCloud, then select iCloud Drive. Click the Options button, then select Pages.
To view Pages documents stored in iCloud, open the Finder, click iCloud Drive in the sidebar, then go to the Pages folder or another folder that contains Pages documents.

Use Pages on iCloud.com
You can edit and collaborate on Pages documents in a web browser on a computer.
Go to icloud.com/pages and sign in with your Apple ID.
