Turn on and set up Apple Vision Pro
When you turn on Apple Vision Pro for the first time, you’re guided through the simple setup process—all you need is a Wi-Fi connection. If you have an iPhone with iOS 17 or later, or an iPad with iPadOS 17 or later, you can also transfer your data to your new Apple Vision Pro using Quick Start.
Before you begin
Adjust the fit of your Apple Vision Pro before turning it on.
Complete setup
Connect the battery to Apple Vision Pro. When you hear a tone, it’s ready to wear. See Connect the battery to Apple Vision Pro.
If you connect the battery and you don’t hear a tone after 30-45 seconds, press and hold the top button for a few seconds to turn on your Apple Vision Pro.
Position Apple Vision Pro on your face, then slide the head band over the back of your head and adjust until secure. The displays turn on when Apple Vision Pro detects your eyes.
Choose one of the following:
Use Quick Start: If you have an iPhone with iOS 17 or iPad with iPadOS 17 or later, you can use Quick Start to automatically set up your new device. Bring the two devices close together, then follow the instructions.
