Use Mission Control with VoiceOver on Mac
Mission Control shows all of the windows open on the desktop neatly arranged so it’s easy to find the one you need. Apps that are in full screen or Split View, and desktop spaces you created, are shown in the Spaces Bar along the top edge of the screen.
Note: VO represents the VoiceOver modifier that you press with additional keys to enter VoiceOver commands. By default, you can press Control and Option together or just press Caps Lock.
Enter Mission Control by pressing Control-Up Arrow.
