Change Sharing preferences in iTunes on PC
In the iTunes app on your PC, use the Sharing pane of iTunes preferences to share your library (or specific playlists), or choose to update play counts.
To change these preferences, choose Edit > Preferences, then click Sharing.

Share my library on my local network | Allow up to five other computers on your local network (such as a home Wi-Fi network) to display and play items from your library and select what you want to share:
