Change your Account Settings in Apple Music on Windows
When you have an Apple Account, you can sign in to the Apple Music app’s Account Settings to view or change your account information, see your purchase history, and more.
Change your account information
Go to the Apple Music app
on your Windows device.Sign in to your Apple Account if you’re not already signed in.
Select your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then choose View My Account.
Make your changes (details below), then select Done.
Your changes take effect immediately, and apply to all apps where you’re signed in to the same Apple Account.
