Sort your books and audiobooks in Books on Mac
There are several ways to view and sort the books, audiobooks and PDFs in your library.
In the Books app
on your Mac, click an option below Library in the sidebar. For example, click Audiobooks to see all your downloaded audiobooks.In the menu bar, choose View > View As, then choose an option.
Grid: View items in a grid. For more sorting options, choose View > Sort By. For example, choose Sort Manually to drag items into the order you prefer.
List: View items in a list. To sort them further, click a column heading. Control-click a column heading to see other columns you can display and sort by.
Choose View > Show iCloud Books to show items you purchased but haven’t downloaded on your Mac. To hide them again, choose View > Hide iCloud Books.
