Add or remove songs on iPhone, iPad, or an Android device
Without using the Shazam app to identify music, you can add any song in the Shazam catalog to your collection. You can also quickly remove a song you no longer want.
Add a song to your collection
Go to the Shazam app .
Do one of the following:
On iPhone or iPad: Tap My Music at the bottom of the screen; tap ; enter a song name, artist name, or lyric in the search field; tap an item in the search results list; tap a song; tap in the track screen; then tap Add To My Music.
On an Android device: Tap ; enter a song name, artist name, or lyric in the search field at the top of the screen; tap an item in the search results list; tap a song; tap ; then tap Add to your Library.
Delete identified songs from My Music on iPhone or iPad
Go to the Shazam app , then tap My Music at the bottom of the screen.
Do any of the following:
Tap Shazams, tap Select, tap the songs you want to remove, then tap .
Swipe left on a song, then tap Delete. (To delete a song in a single gesture, swipe over it all the way to the left.)
Tap on a song (or in the track screen), then tap Remove from My Music.
Touch and hold a song, then tap Remove from My Music.
Important: After you remove an identified song, it can’t be recovered.
Delete identified songs from your Library on an Android device
Go to the Shazam app on your Android device, then tap .
Do any of the following:
Tap Shazams, tap , tap the songs you want to remove, then tap .
Tap on a song, then tap Remove from your Library.
Important: After you remove an identified song, it can’t be recovered.
