Browse and save hikes in Maps on Mac
You can browse hikes in U.S. national parks and save the routes—along with any notes you add—to access later.
Note: You must be online to search for hikes. Availability may vary by country or region.
Go to the Maps app on your Mac.
Click in the toolbar, then click Explore.
Search for a national park, then click the park in the search results.
Scroll to the Hikes section on the place card, click More, then click in the list or on the map to open a hike.
Click Add to Library, rename the hike and add notes (optional), then click Done.
Your hike is saved as a route in your library.
To see your saved hikes, click below Library in the sidebar, then click Routes.
