Get macOS updates and apps
You can get macOS updates, including security updates and apps the come with macOS, in macOS System Settings. And you can download Mac apps and Safari extensions in the App Store.
On your Mac, do one of the following:
Get macOS Updates: Choose Apple menu > System Settings, click General in the sidebar (you may need to scroll down), then click Software Update on the right. If there’s an available update, follow the onscreen instructions for installation.
Get Mac apps: Choose Apple menu > App Store to open the App Store app, then search for and install apps. See the App Store User Guide.
Thanks for your feedback.
