Use Wallet & Apple Pay on Mac
If your Mac or Magic Keyboard has Touch ID, you can use it to make payments on websites that support Apple Pay. To set up Apple Pay on your Mac, you need to add at least one credit card, debit card, prepaid card, store card, or Apple Card to Wallet. If you already have a debit or credit card associated with the iTunes Store or App Store, just verify your card’s security code to add the card to Wallet.

You can view a list of recent transactions for each card you add to Wallet. (Not available for all cards.)
Set up Apple Pay on your Mac
On your Mac, choose Apple menu
in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)Click Add Card.
If you’re not signed in to your Apple Account, you’re asked to sign in. After you’re signed in, return to Wallet & Apple Pay.
Enter your payment information.
Use a card on file: If you have a credit or debit card on file with Apple for making purchases from the iTunes Store or App Store, enter the security code when asked.
Add a new card: Position your card in front of your computer’s camera so that it appears within the frame shown on the screen, then follow the onscreen instructions. Or click Enter Card Details Manually, then provide the requested information. Repeat for each card you want to use with Apple Pay.
Important: If you sign out of your Apple Account, you have to set up Apple Pay again—including any cards you added in Wallet & Apple Pay on your Mac.
Make purchases
When checking out from an online store, click Apple Pay.
If you have more than one card on file with Apple, you can choose which card to use. You can also enter a new shipping address and contact information.
Place your finger on Touch ID to complete the purchase.
If you haven’t set up Touch ID, you can tap the Pay button in the Touch Bar and enter your password. If your Mac doesn’t have a Touch Bar or you’re using a Mac with Apple silicon, you can double-tap Touch ID and enter your password.
Note: If the lid on your Mac is closed, you can complete your purchase using Touch ID on your Magic Keyboard (available on some models), or on your iPhone or Apple Watch and a card associated with that device.

View transaction details
On your Mac, choose Apple menu
Click a card, then turn on “Show transaction notifications.”
The most recent transactions associated with the selected card appear. This list may include only transactions made on this Mac or all recent transactions, depending on the card. (Transactions aren’t available for all cards.)
Only one user at a time on your Mac can use Apple Pay.
If an administrator with a different user account wants to use Apple Pay, they can reset Apple Pay in Wallet & Apple Pay settings. Choose Apple menu 
in the sidebar, then click Add Card. (You may need to scroll down.) See Change Wallet & Apple Pay settings.
Other users can also use Apple Pay on their iPhone or Apple Watch, if they have a card associated with that device.
