Set up iCloud for Pages on all your devices
You can use iCloud with Pages on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac, and on iCloud.com. For an overview of what you can do with iCloud, see Collaborate on Pages documents and keep them up to date with iCloud.
Note: Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple Account on each device. If you’re not signed in to your Apple Account on a device, or the device has the iCloud Drive and Pages features turned off, you won’t be able to access your documents stored in iCloud on the device.
Set up iCloud for Pages on your iPhone or iPad
On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
Make sure iCloud Drive is on. If it’s not, tap Drive (or iCloud Drive), then turn on iCloud Drive.
Tap See All (or Show All), then turn on Pages.
To view Pages documents stored in iCloud, open the Files app, tap iCloud Drive below Locations, then go to the Pages folder or another folder that contains Pages documents.
For more information on how to use Pages and iCloud on your iPhone or iPad, see any of the following:
Pages User Guide for iPhone: Use iCloud Drive with Pages on iPhone or Collaborate on a shared Pages document on iPhone.
Pages User Guide for iPad: Use iCloud Drive with Pages on iPad or Collaborate on a shared Pages document on iPad.
Set up iCloud for Pages on your Mac
On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click your name at the top of the sidebar.
If you don’t see your name, click “Sign in,” enter your Apple Account email address or phone number, then enter your password.
Click iCloud, click Drive (or iCloud Drive), then do one of the following:
macOS 13.3 or later: Click Apps Syncing to iCloud Drive, then turn on Pages.
macOS 13 to 13.2: Click Turn On. Click the Options button, then select Pages.
To view Pages documents stored in iCloud, open the Finder, click iCloud Drive in the sidebar, then go to the Pages folder or another folder that contains Pages documents.
For more information on how to use Pages and iCloud on your Mac, see Use iCloud Drive with Pages on Mac or Collaborate on a shared Pages document on Mac in the Pages User Guide for Mac.
