Share purchases with family members on iPod touch
With Family Sharing, up to six family members can share iTunes Store, App Store, and Apple Books purchases, an Apple Music family membership, and an iCloud storage plan. (See the Apple Support article Family Sharing.)
When your family shares iTunes Store, App Store, and Apple Books purchases, all items are billed directly to the family organizer’s Apple ID account. Once purchased, an item is added to the initiating family member’s account and eligible purchases are shared with the rest of the family.
Access shared purchases from the iTunes Store
Open the iTunes Store , tap More, then tap Purchased.
Choose a family member.
Tap a category (for example, Music), tap a purchased item, then tap to download it.
Access shared purchases from the App Store
Open the App Store .
Tap —or your profile picture—at the top right.
Tap Purchased, choose a family member, then tap next to a purchased item to download it.
Access shared purchases from Apple Books
Open the Books app .
Tap , or your profile picture, at the top right.
Choose a family member, then tap a category (for example, Books or Audiobooks).
Tap All Books, Recent Purchases, or a genre, then tap next to a purchased item to download it.
Access shared purchases from the Apple TV app
Open the Apple TV app .
Tap Library, tap Family Sharing, then choose a family member.
Tap a category (for example, TV Shows or Movies) or a genre, tap a purchased item, then tap to download it.
Use a shared iCloud storage plan
With Family Sharing, your family can share an iCloud storage plan of 200 GB or 2 TB.
Go to Settings > [your name] > Family Sharing.
Tap iCloud Storage, then follow the onscreen instructions.
