Play music on Apple Watch
Use the Music app 
to choose and play music on Apple Watch.
Ask Siri. Say something like:
“Play Fists of Fury”
“Play more songs from this album”
“Play my workout playlist”
Play music stored on Apple Watch
After you add music and pair Bluetooth headphones or speakers, open the Music app
on your Apple Watch.Turn the Digital Crown to scroll through album artwork.
Tap a playlist or album to play it.
Use the Apple Watch app on your iPhone to choose which songs to add to Apple Watch.
Play music from iPhone
Open the Music app
on your Apple Watch.Scroll to the top of the screen, then tap On iPhone.
Tap a playlist, artist, album, or song to play it.
Tap
, then select the audio destination—Bluetooth headphones or speakers, for example, or an AirPlay device such as HomePod on the same Wi-Fi network as your iPhone.
When playing music, tap 
to see the Add to Library, Delete From Library, Love, and Dislike options.
Play music from your music library
If youʼre an Apple Music subscriber, and you have an Apple Watch Series 3 or later that’s near your iPhone or connected to a Wi-Fi network (or a cellular network, if your Apple Watch has cellular), you can stream music from your music library to your Apple Watch.
Open the Music app
on your Apple Watch.Tap Library, then tap an album, playlist, or song not on your Apple Watch to play it.
Listen to Apple Music
If you’re an Apple Music subscriber, raise your wrist, then request an artist, album, song, or genre.
To listen to Apple Music, you must have an Apple Watch Series 3 or later that’s near your iPhone or connected to a Wi-Fi network (or a cellular network, if your Apple Watch has cellular).
Control playback
Use these controls to play music on your Apple Watch, iPhone, and other devices:

Shuffle or repeat music
Shuffle albums, songs, or artists from the Music screen: Tap Library, tap Albums or Songs, then tap Shuffle All. To shuffle an artist, tap an artist, then tap Shuffle All.
Shuffle or repeat music from the playback screen: While viewing the playback screen, tap
, then tap Shuffle or Repeat.Tap Repeat twice to repeat a song.
