Reorder shortcuts on iPhone or iPad
In addition to adding and organising shortcuts in the Shortcuts app, you can determine which shortcuts appear in the Shortcuts widget on iPhone or iPad. Shortcuts appear in the same order on your device as they do in the Shortcuts app.
In the Shortcuts app
on your iOS or iPadOS device, tap Edit.Drag one or more shortcuts (coloured rectangles) to the locations you want (wait until the rectangles rearrange before you lift your finger).
Dragging shortcuts into a new category area on the screen adds them to that category. Dragging shortcuts out of a category removes them from that category.
To finish, tap Done.
