Keep your reminder lists up to date and share them with iCloud
With iCloud, your reminders stay up to date on all your devices and you can collaborate on to-do lists with friends and family.
Access the same reminders on all your devices
When you set up iCloud for Reminders, your reminders are stored in the cloud, which frees up space on your device. You can see them on any device that is set up for iCloud and Reminders, including your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Mac. You can also access your iCloud reminders in a web browser at iCloud.com.
Because your reminders are in the cloud, changes you make on one device — like creating a new to-do list or marking an item as complete — automatically appear on all your devices. You see the most up-to-date version of your reminders, no matter where you access them.
Collaborate on reminder lists
You can collaborate on reminder lists with friends and family who use iCloud. Collaborators can view shared lists in the Reminders app.
Everyone you share a reminder list with can edit the list and complete items. You decide if they can also add people to the reminder list.
When collaborators make changes to a reminder list, everyone sees those changes in real time.
