Navigate in Tracks view with VoiceOver in GarageBand for iPhone
In GarageBand for iPhone, you can use standard VoiceOver gestures to navigate through the interface. When you navigate to a track, the track icon is the first selected item in a track, followed by any regions on the track. If the track headers are open, the Mute and Solo buttons are selected next, followed by the Volume slider, and then the regions. When you navigate past the last region on a track, the VoiceOver cursor moves to the track icon of the next track.
You can use additional gestures to zoom in and out, move the playhead, scroll tracks left to right, jump to the previous or next tracks, open track headers, and change the order of tracks.

Get ruler position announcements
When you navigate to items that have a ruler position like regions, notes, or the playhead, VoiceOver announces the full ruler position.
When you move an item forward or backward in time, VoiceOver announces only the part of the time position that changes.
For example, if you navigate to the playhead at the beginning of the second bar, VoiceOver announces its position as “Bar 2, Beat 1.” If you move the playhead to the second beat of the same bar, only the beat is changed and VoiceOver announces “Beat 2.” As you move the playhead further in time, VoiceOver announces each following beat. When the playhead reaches the next bar, VoiceOver announces “Bar 3, Beat 1.”
When you move an item while zoomed in, VoiceOver also announces smaller time divisions like ticks and divisions.
