Archive email in Mail on iCloud.com
You can move emails to the Archive folder to help keep your inbox from getting too cluttered. Unlike emails you move to the Trash, archived emails remain in your Archive folder until you delete them. You can view the Archive folder in the Mailboxes list.
Tip: To quickly move emails to the Archive folder, you can replace the Delete button with the Archive button in Mail settings.
Archive emails
Go to icloud.com/mail, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
Select the email or emails you want to archive in the email list.
Do one of the following:
If you selected one email: Click at the top-right, then click Archive Message.
If you selected multiple emails: Click Move, click Archive, then click Move.
Tip: You can also hold your pointer over an email in the message list, click , then choose Archive Message.
Show the Archive button instead of the Delete button
Go to icloud.com/mail, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
Click at the top of the Mailboxes list, then choose Settings.
Click Viewing, then select “Show Archive button in the toolbar.”
To archive emails, select the email or emails, then do one of the following:
If you selected one email: Click .
If you selected multiple emails: Click Archive.
