Set up how you send and receive invitations for iCloud Calendar
When you use iCloud Calendar with more than one email address—for instance, if you have an email alias, a custom email domain, or an email account from another service tied to your Apple Account—you can specify which address you want to use to send invitations. You can also choose how you want to receive calendar event invitations—as a notification in the Calendar app, or as an email.
Note: To set up these options for iCloud Calendar, you can use an iPhone or iPad with iOS 17, iPadOS 17, or later, or you can set up on iCloud.com. The settings you choose on your iPhone or iPad or on iCloud.com apply to all devices where you’ve signed in to to your Apple Account and turned on iCloud for Calendar, including your Mac.
