Add websites to your Favorites in Safari on Mac
You can quickly see websites you access frequently by adding them to your Favorites, so you can get to them with just a click.
In the Safari app on your Mac, enter the website’s name or URL in the Smart Search field.
Choose Bookmarks > Add Bookmark, then choose Favorites.
Click Add.
You can also click in the Smart Search field, then drag the URL of the website you’re viewing to the Favorites bar near the top of the window, the Favorites folder in the sidebar, or the Favorites area on the start page.
Note: Keep your favorite websites the same on all your Apple devices by signing in to the same Apple Account. On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud, then make sure Safari is turned on. On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, click [your name] at the top of the sidebar, click iCloud on the right, then make sure Safari is turned on. If you don’t see your name, click “Sign in with your Apple ID” to sign in to your Apple Account or create one. If the bookmark for a favorite website is missing on one device, you might have deleted it on another device.
