Change Restrictions preferences in Music on Mac
In the Music app on your Mac, use the Restrictions pane in Music preferences to prevent access to the iTunes Store, shared libraries, and certain types of content. For computers with multiple user accounts, you can set different controls for specific users but still allow unrestricted access from administrator accounts.
To change these preferences, choose Music > Preferences, then click Restrictions.
Before making changes, if the lock at the bottom left is locked , click it to unlock the preference pane.
Note: If you unlock the pane but options are dimmed, it’s because the Screen Time Content & Privacy Restrictions are turned on. See Set up content & privacy restrictions in Screen Time on Mac.
