Logic Remote on iPhone Touch Instruments overview
With Logic Remote, you can use Touch Instruments to play software instruments in your GarageBand project. There are Touch Instruments for keyboard, drums, guitar, bass, and strings. By default, the Touch Instrument shown depends on the type of Smart Control and patch loaded on the selected software instrument track. You can choose a different Touch Instrument from the one that matches the Smart Control. You can also play Touch Instruments using a MIDI device connected to your iPhone.
Choose a different Touch Instrument
With your device in landscape orientation, tap the View button
in the control bar.Tap Perform using, then tap the Touch Instrument you want to use, or tap Automatic.
When you tap Automatic, the Touch Instrument is determined by the type of Smart Control and patch loaded to the selected software instrument channel strip.
