Use the Apple Fitness app on Apple TV with your Apple Watch or iPhone to:
Subscribe to Apple Fitness+, featuring world-class workouts and guided meditations by the world’s top trainers, with new workouts every week so you can work out how and where you want.
Track your Fitness+ workouts with your personal metrics from Apple Watch, such as heart rate, Burn Bar, and calories burned, as well as new trainer callouts—onscreen encouragement—such as intensity. When you finish a workout, your daily activity data is synced to the Fitness apps on other devices associated with your Apple ID (Apple Watch, iPhone, or iPad).
Get recommended workouts and meditations based on your history.
Select from recommended workouts or meditations or browse by workout type and choose music from a variety of music genres to accompany your workout.
Add workouts and meditations to your personal library, and use your iPhone to create a Custom Plan, which you can also access from your library on Apple TV. See View and manage Custom Plans on Apple TV.
Combine your favorite workouts with Stacks, which are a series of workouts or meditations you can play in sequence. See Use Stacks to combine workouts.
Work out together with up to 32 of your favorite people using Group Workouts, powered by SharePlay. See Work out together using SharePlay on Apple TV.
Note: Apple Fitness+ requires iOS 14.3 or later, iPadOS 14.3 or later, watchOS 7.2 or later, and tvOS 14.3 or later. iPhone owners using iPhone 8 or later with iOS 16.1 or later can subscribe to Apple Fitness+ without a paired Apple Watch. Group Workouts require watchOS 8.1 or later, iOS 15.1 or later, iPadOS 15.1 or later, and tvOS 15.1 or later. Services and features are not available in all countries or regions, and features may vary by area.
