Add content to devices in Apple Configurator
In Apple Configurator, you can add or assign several types of content—including profiles, documents, ebooks, and apps—to iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV devices. You can add or assign the following content:

When you add content to devices, it’s added instantly and, in the case of supervised devices, added silently.
When you add content to Blueprints, it’s added to the devices that receive that specific Blueprint.
You can add items in the following ways in Apple Configurator 
:
Drag and drop an item on a Blueprint or device.
Click the Add button
in the toolbar.Choose Actions > Add.
Control-click a Blueprint or device, then select Add.
