Set up iCloud for Reminders on all your devices
You can use iCloud with Reminders on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac, and on iCloud.com. For an overview of what you can do with iCloud, see Keep your reminder lists up to date and share them with iCloud.
Note: Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple Account on each device. If you’re not signed in to your Apple Account on a device, or the device has the Reminders feature turned off, you won’t be able to access your iCloud reminders on the device.
Set up iCloud for Reminders on your iPhone or iPad
On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
Tap See All (or Show All), then turn on Reminders.
To view reminders stored in iCloud, open the Reminders app, then select a list in the iCloud section.

Set up iCloud for Reminders on your Mac
On your Mac, choose Apple menu
> System Settings, then click your name at the top of the sidebar.If you don’t see your name, click “Sign in,” enter your Apple Account email address or phone number, then enter your password.
Click iCloud, then do one of the following:
macOS Sequoia or later: Next to Saved to iCloud, click See All, then turn on Reminders.
macOS 13.3 to 14: Below Apps Using iCloud, click Show All or Show More Apps, then turn on Reminders.
macOS 13 to 13.2: Turn on Reminders.
To view reminders stored in iCloud, open the Reminders app, then select a list in the iCloud section.

Use Reminders on iCloud.com
You can access your iCloud reminders in a web browser on a phone, tablet, or computer.
Go to icloud.com/reminders and sign in to your Apple Account.
