The room was newly decorated and reasonably large. The bed was very comfy; loved it. There was a huge variety of food for breakfast, including coffee, cereal, muffins, hardboiled eggs. All the employees were super-friendly and amazingly nice. It was a particularly good and unbeatable location for us, close enough to restaurants, shopping centers, and stores.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, TV set, a microwave and a fridge. Private bathroom was clean. The location was great and exceptionally nice - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go. The service was outstanding and the pool was nice.

The hotel was absolutely great and incredibly friendly. The staff was incredibly nice and consistently courteous and responsive to requests. The setting was favorable, near shopping centers. Saint Matthew's Church was just a 5-minute drive away.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Universal City. The staff treated me like family and the rooms were cleaned daily. The hotel had large rooms with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The breakfast had a good variety of options including waffles, muffins, boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, coffee. The hotel had a large parking lot and was located near major interstates, a grocery store, a Walmart Supercenter, and gas stations. The hotel also had a nice swimming pool and the check-out process was flexible.

No complaints.

I recently stayed at Super 8 in Universal City for a quick visit to see my parents. The location was convenient, and the A/C kept the room cool. The staff at check-in were friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the classic biscuits and gravy, which is a signature of the Wyndham brand. Despite being understaffed, Candy and her partner worked hard to ensure a pleasant stay. a great place to spend the night.
