The staff were all attentive. The room was well decorated on the upper floors. The location couldn't be more comfy and relatively quiet near the plaza.

Location is favourable.
It's a beautifully designed hotel with free breakfasts. Staff is superbly friendly and you can park your car nearby. The venue restaurant is outstanding. When I am in Santa Fe, I like staying here.

The place was clean, the free breakfast offered a variety of food including toast, cereals, and hot waffles, the room had a good size and a microwave, and the staff were exceptionally nice!

The location was amazing, close to central Santa Fe with great restaurants, Walmart, Target, and the mall. We also found a nice Krispy Kreme nearby with hot beverages. The rooms were beautifully decorated and included a microwave.
