I liked excellent service and would happily return. The breakfast was savoury and hearty, there was a huge variety of food to chose from. It was well-equipped, beautifully decorated and with shiseido bath products. The staff was professional and wonderfully helpful and responsive to requests.
Cannot find any fault.

The location was exceptionally nice, so close to the market, Castle Park, and other main attractions in Kanazawa such as Kanazawa Castle, Kenrokuen. The staff was professional, outstandingly helpful, and responsive to requests. The breakfast was savory and hearty, with lots of food to choose from. I enjoyed excellent service and would use them next time.

Lovely stay with no complaints at all. The rooms had a very fancy decor which we loved. The service was exceptional and the location was marvelous, just what we needed. It was also easy to get to Omicho Market. 🌟
