We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location near the Geysir area was perfect for exploring the iconic waterfall and enjoying panoramic winter landscapes. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice downstairs bar offering a fantastic menu. The lamb dish we had was the best we've ever tasted! Our room was quiet and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the hotel provided a wake-up service for the Northern Lights, which was a thoughtful touch.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel near the geysir area. The room was spacious, clean, and the bathroom was well-appointed. The staff provided excellent service, always available to help. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and kept us energized for our day trips to major attractions. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to both the south coast and Thingvellir National Park. Plus, we had a private hot tub where we could relax after a long day of exploring.
The walls were a bit thin, and we could occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms.

The continental breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection of items. The hotel was located in a picturesque area, providing stunning views. We also appreciated the modern amenities in our rooms, which made our stay all the more comfortable.
The lack of basic kitchen items like knives and a cutting board made it difficult to prepare a meal in our room. The hot tubs were not properly maintained and seemed dirty.

Great location to explore the south coast of Iceland! The hotel is conveniently situated right off the roundabout in the center of the area we wanted to explore. The room was small but comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and great water pressure. Breakfast buffet had lots of options, including the opportunity to make your own waffles. The staff was friendly and the prices at the bar were reasonable. The best part was sitting in the hot tub and watching the spectacular northern lights. Only downside was the absence of essential toiletries in the room.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic, feeling like a luxury hotel at an affordable price. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area between Reykjavik and Vik. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing a free upgrade.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if there were more vegetarian options available.
