It was a modern hotel in a shopping area, right by the Auckland waterfront and Viaduct Harbour, the piers for taking ferries to outlying islands and many shops, eateries. Had well assorted breakfasts at reasonable prices. The private parking was on-site, friendly service. Lobby had a bar.
