I stayed at St. Moritz for 10 days in mid-February. Loved the welcoming attitude of the hosts and the well-organized facilities. The breakfast, though lacking hot meals, had a lovely variety of fresh fruits every morning. The shared bathroom had little trifles like liquid soap and mouthwash. The laundry was fast and cheap. Free printing facilities and friendly staff. Free coffee, tea, wine, and snacks in the lobby. The outdoor hot tub had a beautiful mountain view. The room had a large fridge and food delivery options available. Highly recommended for a friendly and welcoming environment.
Do recommend this hotel.

The pool was amazing, perfect for some relaxation after a long day of work. The location was very convenient, just a short walk away from downtown. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and kind, providing great recommendations for nearby attractions.
The room I stayed in was quite dusty, which triggered my allergies. It was a bit uncomfortable as my nose started running every time I returned to the room.

Great value for the price. Convenient location close to downtown, bus station, parks, and gondola. Beautifully landscaped grounds with outdoor seating
Noisy dorm room on the top floor with thin walls and no signs reminding guests to be quiet in the hallways. Communal bathroom was noisy with doors slamming and people talking loudly with the door open.

Great location, close to fantastic public transportation and a short walk to the central area and lifts. The lobby was inviting and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms had a kitchenette and comfortable, well-appointed bathrooms. The continental breakfast was a nice convenience. a pleasant rustic experience in a wonderful ski town.
One downside was that the serve-yourself breakfast area was located in a basement, which was a bit off-putting. Additionally, there was no supervision, which allowed some guests to help themselves to an excessive amount of food, leaving little for others.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with downtown just a short walk away and easy access to hikes in the area. The hostel on the third floor is a convenient option for budget travelers, although the dormitory and shared bathrooms are a bit tight with gear, as to be expected. The reception area is cozy and offers complimentary wine and biscuits in the evenings. Breakfast is impressive, with a variety of fresh fruits, yogurt, bagels, waffles. The hotel also has a fantastic fitness area and an amazing outdoor hot pool.
The layout of the complex, especially navigating through the underground parking garage, can be frustrating and inconvenient.
