The property was nice and a little gem. the staff at the reception desk were exceptional. - the hotel is centrally located, close to the tourist hub of Queenstown, the central police station, and Queenstown Gondola. - It is set in a very quiet area.

The staff at St James Apartments were very helpful during our stay. They allowed us to use a fully equipped kitchen, which included a dishwasher, coffee/tea making equipment, and an oven. The management was always willing to assist and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Exceptional staff and magnificent location in the waterfront next to the marina over there, everything was good. The room was fancy, spotless, with exceptionally comfortable beds. The a full kitchen was also a good solution for mornings.
