Stayed in a well-equipped apartment with a cozy bed in a great central location run by a friendly family, and it was a convenient 2 km away from Polynesian Spa.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Had a fabulous stay for winter time. The location in a nice area was great and there were jewellery shops and a supermarket nearby. Btw, I was at a short distance from Racing Rotorua.

The staff were very friendly, informative and were more than happy to help us with excursions in the area. In fact, the staff enabled us to have discounted prices for the loge of which we did not know about previously. Much appreciated.

We stayed at this hotel twice during our stay. We stayed for a week with 2 adults and 3 children, in a family room. Rooms were really clean and spacious. Had a hot spa next door and a heated swimming pool. We took a spa and swim every morning and night. Kids loved it - so did I. We were given lots of towels, so always had dry ones. Kitchen was great, so was lounge. Staff were excellent and very friendly. We cooked our own food with the family, but when we returned, just the 2 of us, we had a couple's room. This was lovely - had a kitchen etc. We choose to have breakfast delivered to our room. We had the big breakie, best breakie I have ever had actually. Good for price and had everything you could imagine. Great hotel

This family-operated motel offered very personal and helpful service. The owners are genuinely interested in making sure that your stay is enjoyable and comfortable. They were helpful with dinner suggestions and local attractions.We liked the location which is in a residential area. It was quiet but easy to locate. We would stay there again and highly recommend it to travellers to Rotorua.

The service here was top-notch, 👌 the location is just perfect - within a short stroll to all the must-visit spots and the City Centre. Our room even had a roll-in shower, which made things super convenient.
