I was upgraded to a new-fashioned room in an almost Japanese style of efficiency. The room had central heating, multi-channel television, and an electronic key card plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The location was great and incredible for me, right by Downtown Dallas and the Deep Ellum neighborhood and city center and metro station to/from the airport.

The place was nicely decorated and modern, it worked for me. The staff members were accommodating and amicable. Truly enjoyed new-fashioned room in an almost japanese style of efficiency, wouldn't mind staying there all day. This hotel was set in a central area right by the music venue, central Dallas, and The Majestic Theater and Deep Ellum. Had lunch/dinner at Majestic Theatre, which I found a 10-15 minute walk from the property.
